Who is an eCitizen?

eCitizen is any person who has a user account on the EID Portal. Any citizen of the Republic of Serbia who has a valid biometric document (ID card or passport) and is over 16 years of age can become an eCitizen, as well as foreign nationals with or without regulated residence in the Republic of Serbia.

eCitizens most often use the following electronic services: registering a child for kindergarten enrollment, scheduling an appointment for the issuance of an ID card and passport, replacing a driver's license, issuing a digital green certificate, scheduling an appointment for PCR testing, obtaining a certificate of no criminal conviction electronically, gaining insight into property tax liabilities, as well as checking their data in the central population register.

eCitizen can access all connected systems based on a unique account eGovernment Portal, LTA, eHealth, My eGradebook, eInvoice, APR and My First Salary
